FoIP Services
The full form of FoIP is Fax over internet protocol. Just like the name suggests, this service is used to deliver faxes over an internet protocol. This is done through a VoIP network.
FoIP operated through a T.38 recommendation ensures a secure transfer of faxes through different industries with minimal risks involved. This calls for a VoIP gateway along with a T.38 cable fax machine, a fax card or software. A server software compatible with a T.38 recommendation can provide real time transmission. The VoIP gateway gives FoIP a unified communications (UC) feature which can convert fax messages into emails. This eliminates any requirement for an extra fax machine and enhances the safety of sensitive documents.
Two Eyes has always encouraged enterprises to integrate FoIP in their UC strategies. Our new features ensure a provision to have faxes delivered almost anywhere in the form of a pdf file or forwarded email.
