Its historical significance makes Egypt one of the most visited places in the world, making it a prime tourist destination. Because of the tumultuous political and economic conditions of Egypt, the budding field of unified communication and telecommunication has been affected and the growth hampered. Many private and government investors are using policies to revamp the infrastructure and re-strengthen the workforce. Mobile phones, pocket PCs, laptops and tablets are all tools to provide the workforce with access to people and information in real time, but the divide between these different communications and productivity is still there.
